2021 Parade of Homes

The annual Temple Area Builders Association, Parade of Homes was held this past April in the surrounding area. This is an event where builders including ourselves have the opportunity to share their houses with the community. The community is able to tour the houses to view craftsmanship, trends and collect ideas. This year Carothers Executive Homes entered 3 of our houses in the Parade of Homes to showcase.

16 Lago Viento

This luxurious home is located in the community, Lago Terra on Lake Belton. The Dominion floor plan features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a media room, and a game room with a walkout balcony. This massive 3,892 square feet home is filled with affluent features including quartz countertops, floating cabinets, and mosaic wall tile. Not to mention the breathtaking views that will be experienced from the extravagant swimming pool in the fully landscaped backyard. 16 Lago Viento won both the Builder’s and People’s Choice awards.

3004 Ingram

3004 Ingram is located in the well-established community of Dawson Ranch in the heart of Belton, Texas. This two-story home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an upstairs bonus room, and a 3 car garage. This beautiful Aria floorplan features quartz kitchen countertops, unique tile accents, and modern hardware. 3004 Ingram won the Builder’s Choice award. Missed this house? Don’t worry, it is still open for touring as one of our model home locations.

400 Oak

Located in Troy’s premier subdivision, Turtle Creek, 400 Oak showcases signature Carothers Executive Homes features that make our houses special. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is fully equipped with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and affluent lighting. The Bush floorplan incorporates an exceptionally open living area with a cozy fireplace, wood ceiling beams, and large windows showcasing the backyard.
